Hello to Blogville

Hello to my Blogville furends on this rainy Vancouver day.  The weather has been so cold and wet that I don't like going fur long walks. My tummy is so close to the grrround that my white furs get all muddy and I get cold.  I do have a rain coat, but my paws get so wet and as I said, so does my belly.

I could also use an umbrella on days like these!

This weather is no fun like when the sun is all shining. That's when I could go fur hours!

So this evening I decided to stay indoors and work on designing my pawfect home, just in case I ever want to become an interior dogcorator. Combining my wish fur peace and my love of cozy beds, this is what I designed. Efurrything is close to the grround fur dogs.
What do you think?

Lots of room for chasing balls and playing squeaky toy games.

I would have placed a fire hydrant in there but Mimi said it might give me ideas. Even on the most miserable days I have to go out, if only fur a few minutes, to do my business.

Until Next time, this is

  3. Louis, that is a grrrreat room.
Could you perhaps come over to Aberdeen and give Gail some tips on interior decor?
She is worse than useless at that sort of thing.
As for my advice on rain - you just have to get used to it or move!

OH yes, Louis, I like your style!!! I could totally live in that room. Maybe you could solve the hydrant issue by putting on a conservatory - not inside not outside! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  14. From Pocket: I have the same problem. My bells gets wet and cold when the weather is like that. I was built to be on a warm blanket.

  16. Love that picture with the umbrella. We don't mind getting our under-carriages wet and muddy...even if it means a laundry tub dunk when we get home. But we do not like our backs wet! Love the room...just needs a treat dispenser...
